Disney Trip Information
June 8-14, 2017
We are planning another trip to the second happiest place on Earth (the first being the music wing),
Walt Disney World!
We take this trip every other year, and it is open to all students in the band & orchestra program.
We will be leaving on Thursday, June 8 at 9:00 AM from school, via luxury motor coach
buses. We will return on Wednesday, June 14th in the early evening. The trip price of $1085.00
includes the following:
4 nights lodging at the Rosen Centre Hotel
Quad occupancy for students
Double Occupancy for chaperones
4 absolutely delicious breakfast buffets and one pizza dinner
Admission to all four Disney theme parks
Admission to Universal Studios with Park Hopper, allowing you to go to both parks
The real highlight of the trip is the performance opportunities for our students.
The marching Band will march in one of the two daily parades at the Magic Kingdom and our orchestra students will perform at the newly renovated downtown Disney stage or at Disney Springs (tentative)
The trip price of $1085.00 will be broken down in the following payments:
$225.00 non-refundable deposit is due Monday, September 19th
$375.00 due Friday, November 4th
$300.00 due Friday, February 10th
$185.00 balance due on Friday, April 14th

6:30 PM Freshmen and Drumline,
Wind Ensemble and Wind Symphony Seniors meet at 5 PM.
Rehearsal finishes at 9:15 PM.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, August 11, 12 and 13
Monday, August 17
All rehearsals will begin inside.
